TAB 4: Resources

Resources allow an alert to send files to devices to play audio or add images for use in email or

desktop alerts. Alert resources will only be used on specific devices or delivery methods.

Add Resources Button: To add resources, click this button to open the Resource Manager dialog.

Selected Resources List: The list of resources already selected for the alert will display here.

Delete Resource Button: Click this button to remove the resource. A yes/no confirmation pop-up will display to

confirm the removal.

Preview Resource Image: Image file resources can be previewed by clicking the image thumbnail.

Sample Audio File: To sample an audio resource, click the button. While playing an audio file, click the

button to pause playback.

Global Pause/Stop Buttons: These buttons will pause or stop all audio currently playing.
